Dora's Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Break out the blender for a beach-front favorite. This tropical treat is so delicious, your kids will think it's dessert!
Parent Supervision Needed

Prep Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in own juices
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp. dried milk powder
  • 2 tsp. flax seed oil (optional) 

DIRECTIONS

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Scrape down sides of blender and process again until smooth.


Step 2: Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Makes about 4 1/2 cups. 


Step 3 (Optional): Print the Dora Straw Toppers, follow the instructions, and then top off each drink with a Dora straw!
